Limestone is a sedimentary rock which means it was formed from small particles of rock or stone that have been compacted by pressure. It is composed mainly of calcium carbonate or dolomite. Limestone was used to build the pyramids in Egypt. It is a natural material, millions of years old. It has been a reliable material for thousands of years. With a refined heating of its own, it has gained a lot of popularity as a floor and a wall cladding product.
We used diamond tools fitted to a rotary buffing machine to polish the Limestone floor. These diamonds are ideal for restoring the shine on hard stone surfaces such as Limestone and Marble and this cuts through and removes surface grime and any surface seal.
